End of the Rope

Andres believes his strong involvement in his church and his seven years as an alter server will give him an additional quality needed to become an Endurance champion: faith. His favorite sport is basketball, but he also loves to play football and he scored a touchdown in every game. Andres also runs track and holds the distinction of being only one of two freshmen on the JV team! He considers himself lucky to be one of the teens who actually get to play this game out of all the kids who watch the show.

Andres Ramirez is a former contestant on Endurance: Fiji. He was eliminated in the Right to Stay challenge.

Endurance[]

At 15 years old, Andres was cast to be on the 6th season of Endurance.

In the right to stay challenge, after about 5 minutes, he was seen struggling to hang on to his rope. He gradually started slipping downwards. Despite encouragement from the other guys and the girls to keep hanging on, he eventually let go, making him the first guy and first overall person eliminated from Endurance Fiji.

Post Endurance[]

Andres is attending Texas Tech University and is a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity.

Trivia[]

  • Andres has been a fan of the Endurance series and its predecessor Moolah Beach since the first episode.
  • He was originally going to be partnered with Briana. But since he was eliminated, it left her without her original partner and left to be partnered with Kyle, thus being the catalyst for the drama over the partner selection.
  • Andres and Becca formed a secret alliance on the island and remain good friends.
