Vanetta Elizabeth Smith is a former contestant on Endurance 3: Hawaii. She competed alongside her partner, Tom Maden as the Brown Team.
Endurance[]
At fourteen years old, Vanetta was one of twenty new teens selected to be a part of the third season of Endurance.
Vanetta was one of six people to eliminated in the Right to Stay challenge. Those six contestants were given a second chance to be part of the game as an official Endurance player. They had to compete in a game called Headstrong. Vanetta placed third in this game, being the last girl to be eliminated. When Tom won the challenge, he picked her as a partner because she was the last girl in the competition.
She was shown to be friends with Nicole, even early in the competition. This proved costly for her team's allies Yellow and Green as in Squaring Off, she convinced Tom to give the power back to Orange which ultimately allowed Orange to win the temple mission. Brown was safe but Yellow and Green where sent with Green getting eliminated.
After Yellow won Out On a Limb, Brown was selected for the underdog superteam along with Orange and Red since Yellow felt they were the weakest team. Vanetta got stuck in the Bamboo Jungle superteam mission which gave the Yellow-Purple-Gray superteam a rather easy win. Both Tom and Demian blamed her for the loss. Brown got sent to temple against Red but Brown survived.
Later in the game, she fell when she was walking out of a hut, and seriously cut her leg. She had to be taken out of the jungle to get stitches in her leg, eliminating her from the game. Tom competed as a one man team but was eliminated following the next temple mission. Brown's farewell letter noted that Vanetta said hi to remaining contestants.

After Endurance[]
Vanetta seems to be taking up an acting career, as she appeared in the 2007 movie Freedom Writers.
She graduated from Burroughs High School n 2007, and went on to attend California State University, Los Angeles.
She welcome her sons Marley in 2013 and Macias in 2021.
In 2017, she had played Coral in Nickelodeon TV series Henry Danger.
